Watch (1861).
Note the fourth wheel and escape wheel jewels are missing.
It must be an English fusee since the fusee set up ratchet is
there.
It has stop work to arrest the escape wheel too. Sometimes called
'A Doctors Watch'. Simply stops the watch completely.
No doubt a full plate English lever since the bottom jewel for
the balance wheel is not visible, as it is held under the top
plate.
